Subject: Lawsuit filed today: Is fish oil detrimental to your health?
To: robinwauters

Hello Robin,

I wanted to call your attention to a major consumer lawsuit that was just filed in California. The lawsuit involves fish oil, which has become one of the most popular health supplements in America. Recent tests show that many brands are contaminated with high levels of polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) compounds, unbeknownst to consumers.

The lawsuit names eight makers and sellers of fish oil, shark oil, fish liver oil and shark liver oil supplements that have PCB contamination above the so-called “safe harbor” limits set for human PCB consumption under California’s Proposition 65.

Please let me know if you are interested in speaking with one of the plaintiffs or lead attorneys.

Sincerely,

Patricia
